 I find myself often voiceing "Now where is that registry edit? I know it's in here somewhere..." Too often I find a great utility online and then forget the necessary details to actually locate that utility again. Perhaps more often than that, I have clients who ask me for tips, tools and help with their home computers: "What is a good free antivirus program?" "Are updates from Adobe safe?" "Can I get more backgrounds on my computer?" or "Where did you get those totally swank shoes?"
In truth, more people ask me about "screen savers" than backgrounds, but over 72% of those mean backgrounds, not screen savers.
