Common Ground!

The child you clicked is approximately 24 weeks old.  This is a special time because modern medicine has made it possible for many children to survive outside the womb after the 24^th week.  Though we disagree about what should happen to a child up to the 24^th week of development, we certainly have some common ground.  We agree children should have a right to life after the 24^th week!  Please consider the following numbers: If a single innocent child (outside the womb) where allowed to be legally killed within the United States, then we'd likely have a range of emotion from deep sadness to outrage, and certainly their death would make national headlines.  Yet, you and I can agree that roughly 1 innocent child is killed every other day or approximately 251 each year.  Where is the sadness?  Where is the outrage?  Where is the media coverage?

So, even though we disagree about children up to the 24^th week of development, we CAN agree that the 251 innocent children after 24th week should not be killed.  These children are likely viable and likely able to survive outside the womb thanks to modern medicine.  Please, I beg you, consider helping these children somehow!!!  They have no voice but ours.  They have no way to defend themselves.  They are helpless victims.  Please help!
