Q: What are the fireworks regulations?

 

A: There are two areas that are regulated:
   
    1) Sale of fireworks – Please read Chapter 17 Businesses, Article III. Consumer Fireworks Sales in the Code of Ordinances for the City of Westfield.  

    2) Use of fireworks – Please see the Fireworks and Related Statutes document on the WeCAN site.

Opportunity: The City will research an outreach program for fireworks safety for residents next year.
