A: If your neighbors are planning a block party and would like to have the road blocked off, please initiate your request in Public Works by calling Customer Service at 804-3100 or emailing
hnikides@westfield.in.gov. The City will deliver the barricades and coordinate with the Police and Fire Departments so 9-1-1 will be aware that the street will be unavailable so emergency crews will not be routed through the road.
