The practice of yoga nidra (loosely translated - conscious sleep) is an extended period of deep purposeful relaxation.
Yoga nidra incorporates breathing, visualization and stillness.
The result helps the body heal physically, emotionally and mentally.
We will begin the night with yoga nidra and end with snacks as well as an opportunity to learn about the needs and opportunities for the children of Westfield.
Wear comfortable clothing for sitting and reclining. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel.

Westfield Youth Assistance Program was created as a partnership with Westfield City Government, Hamilton County Juvenile Courts
and the Westfield Washington Schools in an effort to help at-risk youth through academic tutoring and one-on-one mentoring with a caring adult.
