Frustrated with the new HOA lien laws in Indiana?  Ever wonder what lefislators look at when considering new laws regarding HOAs?  Wish you could have some input on new laws in Indiana that would help HOAs run more smoothly?  Maybe the Community Associations Institute can help.  If you are a board member or manager of an HOA, we invite you to attend an open meeting being held at the Noblesville Public Library, One Library Plaza, Noblesville, IN on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 6:30pm.  The goal of this meeting is to gather input from community association leaders regarding recent legislation, topics you still see as issues facing HOAs, and suggestions for addressing these concerns.  The meeting may even discuss creating or organizing a legislative action committee to meet with Indiana legislators to share our concerns and suggestions.  CAI believes now is the time for the collective voice of community association leaders to be heard by our legislators.  So please plan to attend this organizational meeting so we can hear your ideas on making Indiana a great place for community associations.

Please RSVP to caiindiana@aol.com if you plan to attend this meeting.
