Due to the very dry conditions, there shall be no fires, including in grills, in the parks until conditions change. 

Normally we allow fires in the grills provided at Simon Moon Park and Asa Bales Park and we allow those who have reserved shelters to bring gas grills.

Simon Moon Council Circle Fire Pit can only be used in conjunction with the shelter rental and with Director approval. A park staff member will build the fire, stay on site during the event and put out the fire.
