Janice Starnes, widow of Deputy Dan Starnes, started this drive 3 years ago and has since collected over 15,000 units of blood. Each unit can help 3 people so your donations are important. Last year over 130 sites hosted a fallen officer blood drive in Indiana and we want this year to be the best ever!
