PetSafe is giving one lucky community $100,000 to build a dog park. They are looking for the community that wants this park the most. Westfield has already been nominated, and now we need our residents to log their support before June 1st. Get friends, family members, and everyone in Westfield to go online and tell PetSafe about how a dog park would impact our city in a positive way. They want to see tons of community enthusiasm! The first stage ends June 1st. Based on the information provided about each city, PetSafe will evaluate community support, availability of land and resources and overall impact to the city to select 15 finalists. We already have the land – Osborne Park, located near the intersection of Ditch Road and 169th Street, is an undeveloped space that has been designated for a dog park. Now we just need the support!
