The E-Commerce Competence Center (EC3) is a research an innovation center of leading companies, the university of Vienna, Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration as well as Vienna University of Technology. More than eight years EC3 operates together with its economic and university partners, applied and basic research in the field of electronic business forms.
