Important Information

Yellow fever occurs in sub-Saharan Africa and tropical South America. In South America, the diseases occurs most frequently in unimmunized young men who are exposed to mosquito vectors through their work in forested or transitional areas.
Information is the very first step towards prevention. Since yellow fever is endemic in the Iguazú area, we recommend all the attendees who are not immunized to get vaccinated at least 20 days before you arrive in Argentina. Go to the CDC's yellow fever page, learn all there is to know about preventive measures against this disease and make the best of your time in Iguazú!
