The deadline for submissions was 5 March 2010. Notification of the acceptance of your abstract and assignment to a platform or poster presentation session will be made soon. The Program Committee will try to meet requests for either oral or poster presentation format, but final decisions will depend on the number of contributions and scheduling constraints. Oral presentations in topical sessions will be strictly limited to 15 minutes, including questions, unless indicated otherwise by the Program Committee Chair. If information cannot be concisely presented in 10 to 12 minutes, then please consider a poster presentation. Poster contributors should plan to attend a specific scheduled session for poster presentation. Please limit poster size to a maximum of 51 long x 35.4 wide (inches).
