Wainhomes' application 10/2399 REM (the detail for the 100 houses) is being recommended for refusal under delegated powers and will not therefore go to committee. Issues include density, design, scale, form, overlooking, landscaping, ecology and distribution of affordable housing. A new application will be required to progress this development.
