50 more houses appeal upheld

posted 13 May 2011 11:15 by neil edwards
With regret we must report that the Inquiry inspector has found in favour of Wainhomes' appeal against Wiltshire CC's orignial refusal of planning permission for 50 more houses. These will be developed on the eastern slopes of Brynards Hill on land which was, albeit very briefly, part of the 'Country Park' established in parallel with the original application for 100 houses and the Interface industrial development.
