50 house application refused

Wiltshire Council have refused Wainhomes' 50 house Brynards Hill application (10/03055/FUL) on several grounds including:
  • being outside the settlement framework
  • being premature (to the Local Development Framework) 
  • being detrimental to several protective policies (landscape setting etc)
