Water Island is a small residential island located just off of St. Thomas. Access to Water Island is by a ten minute convenient public ferry ride from Crown Bay Marina on St Thomas. Crown Bay Marina is a $5.00 per person, 5 minute taxi ride from the St Thomas STT airport. The ferry makes frequent runs between St. Thomas and Water Island during the day. Close enough to St. Thomas so that you can enjoy all of its amenities, but when you are on Water Island you are in a quiet, safe, secluded retreat.
Water Island has only private residences set on large lots with gorgeous views, along with several beautiful beaches and many scenic walks. Located on either side of Honeymoon Beach, are Heidi's Honeymoon Grill and Dinghy's Beach Bar and Grill, both serving food and beverages.
Some of the activities taking place on Honeymoon Beach are: Monday night Drive-In Movie; Wednesday evening Bingo; Heidi's Saturday night dinner at the water's edge; and Saturday & Sunday live music at Dinghy's Beach Bar and Grill.

Accommodations on Water Island
Quinta Rocky Dock is a two bedroom, two bath house which overlooks Druif Bay and Honeymoon Beach.
Casitas at Rocky Dock, in an adjacent building, consists of three separate efficiency apartments.
Quinta Rocky Dock, and The Casitas at Rocky Dock in an adjacent building, are located on two acres of waterfront property, overlooking Honeymoon Beach, complete with a 60' private dock along with its own small beach. The house, and each of the three efficiency apartments, have fully equipped kitchens, and are provided with all necessary cooking utensils and linens so that all you need bring is food and a bathing suit. There are multiple, Dish (Hopper & Joey), flat-screen TVs, and Broadbandvi Wi-fi service routed throughout the property. Both the house, and the separate building with the three apartments, are equipped with laundry facilities, and back-up generators to cover any electrical power outages. Additionally, Magma gas BBQ's, backpack beach chairs, coolers, and equipment needed for snorkeling are available. Multiple Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Boards, two person Kayaks, and the use of a car are provided with each rental for use while on Water Island. Rocky Dock is privately owner managed, and we are available to respond to inquiries and guests needs.
