The Catalina 250 is the sailboat you've always wanted. Our move to the Midwest is forcing us to sell our much loved 1997 25 ft. wing keel sloop. Perfect for cruising or racing.
She is in excellent condition, ready for your family to enjoy weekends on the water.
She has an 8.5' beam, 3.5' draft, and 8 HP outboard motor with electric starter.
Outfitted with 151 sq.ft. mainsail and a 135 roller furling Genoa that is only 2 yrs old.
Cockpit comfortably seats 6 adults. Has tiller steering with an extension. Seat pads, 2 stern observation seats, & walk-through transom with ladder.
Roomy cabin has double births fore and aft, galley with sink, LP gas stove, and fresh water system, removable ice chest, ample storage, and enclosed flushable head. Pop-top hatch has enclosure with windows, providing ample head room.

Accomodations
A good sized V-berth is located forward accessed by a fold down cushion back on the u-shaped settee. The dining table stows beneath the berth. Just aft to port is a private fully enclosed head compartment with porta-potty, sink, and good storage. An L-shaped galley is located to starboard across from the head. Aft is a large athwartships berth. |

L-shaped on starboard side just inside companionway, stainless steel sink, single burner porpane stove, large cooler that stows beloow the counter, good amounts of storage.
