- Air duct cleaning: cleaned with negative pressure (done by American Fresh Air) and cost $129
- Furnace air intake cleaning: done by myself (not much dirt)
- Furncce filter cleaning: done by my self (normal dirty)

Process
- Preparation: cleaning
- Replace rotted boards
- Staining
Materials
- Lumber
- Board: 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 7'11-3/8" --- I bought the standard PT 2"x4"x8"
- Railing: 1.4" x 1.4" x 41'1/8" --- I bought the standard PT 2"x2"x4'
- Heart cedar, heart redwood and pressure treated lumber (PT) are most frequently lumber for deck
- Hard wood includes cherry, maple, oak, ash, polar; soft wood includes cedar, fir, pine, spruce
- Sealer or Stain
- I bought 2 gal light green BETHE solid color stain
- Sealer is normally transparent while stain can change the color
- Corrosion resistent deck screw (3")
- Hop dip galvanized nails
- Angle fastern x 6 pices
