Conventional thinking about the future is linear, limited to tunneled "flashlight" extrapolations of current visions. Horizon Projects see outside of these narrow beams. Horizon Project session participants will visualize new rhythms, manners, rituals, services and products arising from future hypothetical, "impossible" cultural, political, technological or other conditions and then, “look back from the future” to examine present-world challenges through the filter of the invented future-frame.
