Needlework Community Outreach Project


Knit, crochet or quilt a security blanket to donate to Project Linus. Project Linus, which began in 1985, supplies security blankets to help children get through chemotherapy, severe illness or trauma. All ages from neo-natal to young adult require blankets which must be washable and cheery.

Donations of Ivory Laundry Soap will also be accepted.

Sizes are: 18” x 25”, 25” x 25”, 25” x 40”, 35” x 45”, 40” x 60”. All blankets will be donated to the Fort Erie chapter of Project Linus for local distribution. Pin your name to the blanket.

In “2010” you donated 64 blankets to Project Linus.
