About Us


The Tennis Courts are leased from the Town Council and are financed and run by Wadebridge Tennis Club, which has been here for over 40 years. The Club is run by members on a voluntary basis and income is derived from membership fees and by allowing non members to use the courts, Subject to Availability, and Paying the Appropriate Court Fee, currently Adults £5.00 and Juniors £2.00 per court per hour, monies paid into an Honesty Box at the Clubhouse.



Club Vision
  • The Club aims to provide coaching and matchplay for anyone and everyone.
  • To provide opportunities to play the game both socially and competitively.
  • At Wadebridge Tennis Club you will be able to start as a beginner and become a match player.
  • Group and individual lessons to speed up your progress as a tennis player, with a healthy coaching and matchplay programme.
In a nutshell we aim to provide the fun and education the game can bring to all levels of play from beginner to county and beyond.



Social Tennis

For those of you who just like to play tennis, Club Sessions are run on Sunday mornings, Wednesday and Friday evenings.with selected Fridays being a themed evening, see club notice board, ( During the winter every other Friday is a soup and roll social evening, see club notice board.)
Courts can be used for pre-arranged individual matches subject to court availability.
