Vulcan Volleyball Club

Located in Encinitas and in our third year, the Vulcan Volleyball Club is a unique value in girls' club volleyball in San Diego County. We offer competitive teams and coaching for far less cost than other club programs because we are organized by parent volunteers. We also have a great camaraderie and team spirit!

Vulcan Who?

Sure, Vulcan was the god of fire in Roman mythology, but some say we are named after Vulcan Avenue, a thoroughfare popular with North County locals.  Vulcan doesn't have the name recognition of Pacific Coast Highway or El Camino Real, but it serves as a main connector from La Costa Ave in the north, to Manchester Ave in the south, and it's usually free of traffic when PCH is jammed with tourists.   More importantly, it links the communities of Carlsbad, Leucadia, Encinitas and Cardiff - home to most of our players and their families!
