Mission Statement - The Visteon Pension Plan Participant Ad-Hoc Committee is dedicated to the pursuit for the preservation of the Visteon Pension Plan (VPP) as amended restated as of 1-January-2008, the Visteon UAW Account Pension Plan, the Pension Plan of Visteon Systems, LLC Connersville and Bedford Plants, and the Pension Plan of Visteon Caribbean (together, the “Pension Plans”), with the goal of ensuring maximum benefits for all the plan’s participants.
