Fundraising is a necessary evil; baseball is a very expensive sport, and no money is budgeted by Von for sports.   Breakdown of cost is below the Parent Night Info.

Parent Night: Friday, March 6th at Trinity Pub:

Directions from Von.  $20 for 2-hours.  Silent Auction and Split-the-Pot.  $5 from every entrance ticket redeemed with your name on it will go towards your player fee!  Scroll down to bottom of page under Attachments to view and print the flyer and letter to request donations from businesses.  
We need everyone's help in soliciting donations for gift cards and baskets (or other items).  Please email cindykukla@sbcglobal.net with your silent auction donation information, or click on the survey link below.  25% of the proceeds from your donated items will go towards your player fee.

Von Steuben Baseball Team Fee Allocation By Year:
Each Player is responsible to fundraise a team fee of $400 per year. Included in that
$400 is the Von Steuben Athletic Fee of $100 ($100 is for the first sport, it is $25 for each additional
sport).
  Baseball fee must be paid in full to receive gear.  Due dates: March 13th for Varsity and Sophomore players (first game March 17), March 19th for Freshman (first game March 20).

Any player can purchase any of the above items regardless of their level at the prices listed above.

TV Raffle: 
LG 42" LCD HD flat screen TV.
  Tickets are $1each.  Each player must sell a minimum of 25.  Players should ask for cell #s of the buyers and include their own initials on the tickets to help track the winner if necessary.  Flyer is attached below; scroll to the bottom of the page.

Jewel Shop & Share Days:
Mon. 12/15, Tues. 12/16, Wed. 12/17.  Shop at any Jewel/Osco on those dates, submit the voucher, and Von Baseball will receive 5% of your bill.  This fundraiser relys on volume, so distribute the vouchers to everyone!  Click here to view Jewel sales, and also print coupons.   All Osco items are also included, so pick up holiday items such as: cards, wrapping paper, tape, candy and gifts.  Voucher and flyer are attached--scroll to the bottom of page.

Family Day
@ BASH Sports Academy - Sunday, 11/16/08, 5:30pm-8:00pm

Use the batting cages and enjoy pizza with friends.
$10/person; everyone is welcome--bring your friends! 
BASH Sports Academy is located at 2617 W. Fletcher, near Belmont and Elston (map).

10/29-10/31 Taffy Apple Sales @ school; all players required to help sell. Players may purchase cases to sell outside of school for $24 case ($9 profit). Orders due NOW!
