Heads, the fascists and the 1% win – Tails, everyone else, ie. the 99%, loses. Since 1981 the Bush-Reagan hard-core fascist criminals have been waging class warfare. They have done this with fascist propagandists on Murdoch’s Fascist Obnoxious eXtremist (FOX) network, Limbaugh, the NRA, etc., together with the 5 fascist prostitute Justice majority US Supreme Court that gave us Bush v. Gore, Citizens United v. FEC and likely will invalidate all or part of the Affordable Health Care Act.  

               For anyone who thinks “fascist” is too strong a word for the sexist, racist, bigoted fanatics, see “Fourteen Characteristics of Fascism”, by Dr. L. Britt and “American Fascists” by Chris Hedges. The robber barons, fascist fat cats and plutocrats buy fascist politicians to do their bidding, giving pennies in campaign contributions to get millions and billions of dollars in tax breaks and subsidies.  

               If you are ready to return fairness and Democracy to Alaska and the US, and defeat the fascists and their prostitute politicians, vote for me for US House on  Aug. 28  and Nov. 6.

               Have Alaskans learned anything from the Bill Allen scandal? Allen bought and paid for many Alaskan fascist (not conservative) politicians, from Ted and Ben Stevens on down. Allen paid for Don Young’s annual pig roast, Lisa Murkowski’s Kenai River fishing fundraisers and free publicity for fascist politicians in the “Anchorage Times”. Ben Stevens gave unwarranted tax breaks to Jerry Prevo’s Anchorage Fascist Temple for free TV time and endorsements for fascist politicians from Don Young and Ted Stevens on down. When Bill Allen wasn’t buying fascist politicians, they did a good job of taking care of themselves and their relatives at the expense of average Alaskans. Frank Murkowski appointed Lisa to the US Senate, Don Young tried to build the Knick Arm Bridge to his son-in-law’s property at Point Mackenzie and Ted Stevens saw that Ben became Alaska’s state senate leader and recipient of Bill Allen’s “consultant fees”.

               If Alaskans have learned anything from 30 years of fascist control of Alaska’s congressional delegation, they can elect me to replace Don Young in Congress this year.

               This year Alaskans will have the opportunity to elect me to Congress to replace Don Young. This will be another step toward returning Alaska and the US to legitimate democracy from 30 years of Bush-Reagan fascism.

               In 1984 I reported to my commanding general at Air Command and Staff College in Maxwell AFB, AL that I was under surveillance. I wrote a letter to Sen. Ted Stevens detailing these events, after nothing changed for several months.  I was then held for 6 months at a psychiatric ward in Eglin AFB, FL, and put on 18 months medical leave from the Air Force in 1986. In Aug. of 1987 I was discharged from the Air Force. I then wrote to Senators Sam Nunn, Daniel Inouye and Ted Kennedy asking for an investigation. On Oct. 19, 1987 I surmised the results of that investigation came in when the Dow fell 508 points, over 25%. Shortly thereafter Caspar Weinberger and Elizabeth Dole were forced to resign for their parts in the crimes committed against me and the Constitution.

               Since 1987, I have been subjected to continuous torture, terrorism and treachery by Bush-Reagan hard-core fascist criminal (BRHCFC), secret police terrorist, surveillance-harassment teams under the direct control of BRHCFC vermin politicians, bureaucrats, and military flag officers. Together with their BRHCFC prostitute psychiatrists, psychologists and Federal judges and justices they have prevented and obstructed my every attempt to obtain justice from our legal system. This has cost American taxpayers over $10 million a year for the last 30 years.

               My run for Congress this year will hopefully be a major turning point to return justice and sanity to Congress, Alaska and the US.

Coconut Road

In 2006, Young added a $10 million earmark to a transportation bill for the construction of an interstate interchange for a short stretch of road (known as "Coconut Road") near Fort Myers, Florida. Some puzzled why a congressman from Alaska would earmark for a little road in Florida that the local community opposed. A June 2007 article in the New York Times reported that a local real estate developer, Daniel J. Aronoff, who owns 4,000 acres (16 km²) along the road helped raise $40,000 for Young shortly before the earmark was inserted. Young's spokeswoman Meredith Kenny initially said that the local Republican congressman, Connie Mack, had requested the funding. In fact, both Mack and local Republican politicians opposed the funding.^[34][35][36]

In August 2007, the Naples Daily News reported that the words "Coconut Road interchange" were not in the federal transportation bill as it was approved by Congress. Instead, the words were added after the votes in the House and Senate, but before President Bush signed the bill. The original language for the $10 million earmark specified it was for widening of and improvements to Interstate 75. The language within the earmark was changed during a process called "bill enrollment", when technical corrections such as changes in punctuation are made to legislation before it is sent to the President.^[37]

In April 2008, top Senate Democrats and Republicans supported asking the Justice Department for a criminal investigation of the $10 million earmark. Young's staff acknowledged that aides "corrected" the earmark just before it went to the White House for President Bush's signature, specifying that the money would go to the proposed highway interchange project. Young said that the project was entirely worthy of an earmark and that he welcomed any inquiry, a spokeswoman said. Young's office said that presentations made by Florida Gulf Coast University officials and the developers proved the case for the project.^[38]

On July 24, 2007, the Wall Street Journal reported that Young was under federal investigation for possibly taking bribes, illegal gratuities or unreported gifts from VECO Corporation, an Anchorage-based company. The top two executives of that company had already pleaded guilty to bribing members of the Alaska legislature.^[39] The Journal said a VECO executive held fundraisers called "the Pig Roast" for Young every August for ten years. Between 1996 and 2006, Young received $157,000 from VECO employees and its political action committee. In the first half of 2007, Young spent more than $250,000 of his campaign contributions for legal fees.^[22]

A confession signed by Bill Allen, the former chief of VECO, was released in October 2009. Allen agreed that from 1993 to August 2006, both he and his deputy at VECO, Rick Smith, "provided things of value to United States Representative A," a reference to Young. For example, in June 2006, Smith obtained a set of golf clubs, costing approximately $1,000, that Smith gave to Young. Although Young was obligated in 2006 to report gifts with a value of more than $335, he didn't report receiving any gifts on the personal financial disclosure form he filed with the House of Representatives for that year.^[40]
