The Preston and District Volleyball League - founded in 1973 by local schoolteacher Joe Rainford- operates with 9 teams: seven are school teams, so are closed to the general public, whilst two are open to new volleyballers - be they experienced, intermediate or novice players. Matches are played approximately every fortnight at Our Lady's High School, St Anthony's Drive, Fulwood, from October through to March.

Individuals wishing to join a team should contact one of the officials named below for further details. 

Anyone wishing to enter a team in the league should contact one of the officials named below between March and August prior to the new season commencing, to check on availability of places.
