And now, if you're a road warrier, North America 1-866 personalized Toll-Free numbers are also available for purchase. (USA/Canada only access)

Next Steps:

Create your Calling Card PIN:

1. Login to your CallCentric account Dashboard using the web portal.
2. From the Dashboad, select "Preferences" or "Edit Preferences"
3. On the Preferences page, select the "Calling Card" tab.
4. Here, you can Activate - Global Access Numbers feature.
5. Here, you will also create and enter your 4 to 10 digit PIN Number. You may also create additional pins for use by family members, or employees.
6. Save your changes.

Activate Caller-ID Authentication: (PIN-less Dialing)

1. While still in your Dashboad, Calling Card tab, as outlined above, set the "Personal dedicated access numbers:" option to "Yes".
2. List (up to 6) telephone numbers (Caller-ID's) that you plan to access your CallCentric Calling Card account from. When calling from USA/Canada, use 11-digit number format.
   e.g. 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx.
3. Once you have turned-on, and registered your personal dedicated access number(s), you are ready for Fast-Access PIN-less dialing when making calling card calls via your personalized dedicated access number. This feature will speed-up your calling card access when calling from a registered landline/cell/mobile Caller-ID recognized number.

- How to Place your Calling Card Calls -

- Global - Access Numbers

1. Dial a Global Access Number nearest you.
   (Pick a number in your local area code, when possible)
   (Your telephone carrier may charge a toll for long distance access, if the access number is out of your area code or free calling area)
2. Enter your CallCentric account number (1777xxxxxxx)
3. Enter your PIN.
4. Enter the destination phone number you wish to call.
   (Use standard long distance dialing sequence)
   e.g. For calling USA/Canada: 1(area code)xxx-xxxx

- Personalized- Access Numbers (PIN-less dialing)

1. Dial your personal Personal Access Number.
   (Your telephone carrier may charge a toll for long distance access, if the access number is out of your area code or free calling area)
2. If calling from one of your "registered Caller-ID" phone numbers, you will prompted to enter the destination number.
   Otherwise, if calling from an unregistered Caller-ID, you will be prompted to enter your PIN, first.
   (Use standard long distance dialing sequence)
   e.g. For calling USA/Canada: 1(area code)xxx-xxxx

Top Up Your Account With Calling Credits

Your available calling credits is debited from your prepaid balance, as used. Your balance is displayed in the upper left corner of your DashBoard page and the upper right corner of all pages of the CallCentric website, when logged into your account. The Add Funds link is located just next to your visible account balance value.  The Add Funds to Balance link is also located in the lower right corner of the DashBoard under "Important Links" section.

The CallCentric system will notify you via E-mail whenever your account balance drops below $5, or any value that you preset in your Preferences - Billing page.  Here, you can also set your account to Auto-Top-Up with your credit card, if desired.
