Create your Calling Card PIN:

  1. Login to your CallCentric account Dashboard using the web portal.
  2. From the Dashboad, select "Preferences" or "Edit Preferences"
  3. On the Preferences page, select the "Calling Card" tab.
  4. Here, you can Activate - Global Access Numbers feature.
  5. Here, you will also create and enter your 4 to 10 digit PIN Number. You may also create additional pins for use by family members, or employees.
  6. Save your changes.
Congratulations! You are now ready to start making calls.
 

- How to Place your Calling Card Calls -

  1. Dial a Global Access Number: nearest you.
    (Pick a number in your local area code, when possible)
    (Your telephone carrier may charge a toll for long distance access, if the access number is out of your area code or free calling area)
  2. Enter your CallCentric account number (1777xxxxxxx)
  3. Enter your PIN.
  4. Enter the destination phone number you wish to call.
    (Use standard long distance dialing sequence)
    e.g. For calling USA/Canada: 1(area code)xxx-xxxx

Top Up Your Account With Calling Credits
Your available calling credits is debited from your prepaid balance, as used. Your balance is displayed in the upper left corner of your DashBoard page and the upper right corner of all pages of the CallCentric website, when logged into your account. The Add Funds link is located just next to your visible account balance value.  The Add Funds to Balance link is also located in the lower right corner of the DashBoard under "Important Links" section.

The CallCentric system will notify you via E-mail whenever your account balance drops below $5, or any value that you preset in your Preferences Billing page.  Here, you can also set your account to Auto-Top-Up with your credit card, if desired.
