PROGRESS: The transformation of a former commercial building in Camden, NJ into a state-of-the-art residential treatment center for alcoholism and addiction is moving ahead. The 72-bed facility is expected to open in 2010, said Jon Hoffman, vice-president of housing development for Volunteers of America Delaware Valley.
