FROM SINGAPORE TO VOADV: A delegation headed by Masagos Zulkifli Bin Masagos Mohamad, Senior Parliamentary Secretary with the Ministry of Home Affairs in Singapore, visited some of the facilities and programs of Volunteers of America Delaware Valley on October 13. Mr. Mohamad said the group is particularly interested in how volunteer programs can help address rehabilitation issues, especially among minority populations.
