I'm just thinking... someday I may die and everything I have written so far will be gone forever, including a 25 years+ of research in the Vietnamese etymology field; therefore, I have created this site with the hope that it would outlive me. This website is actually a mirrored archive of the http://vny2k.com, so you can always view the latest postings there as long as I am still living, plus http://han-viet.com, where a resouceful Vietnamese linguistic database is residing, which, databasewise, these http://sites.google.com/site/vny2kvn2020/ and http://web.archive.org/vny2k.com/ hosting services cannot provide.  Actually most of the works posted here have been also posted in a great number of other webites in the www, for example, you can find my previous writings by google-ing my a penname of mine such as "dchph" or keywords written in Vietnamese2020, e.g. "Sửađổi Cáchviết ChữViệt"., etc. Thank you for your support. dchph.
