Reading:

In reading this week we will  work with our digraphs /kw/qu,/hw/wh.   We will recognize action words and build words with our white boards.  Our high frequency words are about, books, by ,family, grew, read, work, and writing. The story that we will be reading is " Tomas Rivera"  Our focus skill will be working with the characters of the story.  We will also be sequencing events and summarizing what they have read. In grammar we will be capitalizing special names and titles.   We will  have our Spelling test this Friday.   

Math:

This week we will be learning about fair shares, patterns and numbers to 100.
