Visual and Active Teaching

"Your class is a circus!"
(a positive remark from one of Jair's students)

"What new things will you show us today, teacher?"
(an excited question from one of our students)

"You can get me fired.  You have the power to decide what happens today.   You are the boss.  Tell me what your goals are, tell me what you want to achieve, tell me your dreams and let's start now to build toward your dreams.  You are in charge."
(one of our teachers tells this to his students)

Educators should:
personalize education and work to individualize instruction;
enable students to develop and use their areas of strength;
view students' parents as partners and educate them, too;
offer an environment that supports faculty growth; and
demonstrate that students are prepared for the future.

Visual and active teaching is entertaining and educating.

Edu-taining is the heart of the Visual and Active Method.

If you have tips about how to edu-tain, please send them to us.  We will add the tips to the bottom of this page.  This is NOT a blog.  It is a website where you can find tips from people who want to make learning an edu-taining experience.

We want to share these ideas with teachers, parents, students and even administrators.  We want "edu-taining" to be the standard way of presenting information to learners of all ages.

If you want to get this workshop into your school, contact us.
"Fix Your School" (for parents)
"That's Edu-tainment" (for teahers)
