Area Sales Manager/Sales Engineer - UK Based - OTE of around £65,000.
Vision Sales Services is a specialist consultancy helping clients with the recruitment and training of sales people. One of our current clients is a a leading provider in their field, they are well established with an excellent reputation along with a Queens Award for Export.
They sell engineering equipment to Quarries, Mines, Aggregate, Recycling and Bulk Handling companies. The equipment consists of conveyors, screening systems, hoppers, crushers etc and can range from tens to hundreds of thousands of pounds for a complete plant system.
They are now looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager or Sales Engineer based anywhere in the country to maintain existing accounts and win new business. You should have experience in the longer sales cycle, selling high value capital equipment with an engineering, mechanical, process or bulk handling bias preferably with experience in selling to quarry and mining companies. You also need a full driving license.
The package includes a basic of up to £40,000 depending on experience with realistic OTE of £65,000+ also included is a company car plus normal benefits.

One of our current clients is a well respected provider of business telecoms
including PBX, leased lines, EFM, business broadband and mobiles. They have been
established for many years, have a multi million pound turnover and an excellent
brand and reputation.
Their Business Mobiles Division currently has vacancies for Business
Development Managers to sell their mobile phones/connections to business
customers. You MUST have face to face field sales experience selling similar
products. You also need a full driving license.
They do have a telemarketing team but most of your business will be self
generated, you must be prepared to pick up the phone, make appointments, visit
customers, conduct sales presentations to win business. You need to be
experienced at the whole sales cycle from identifying the lead through to
negotiation through to closing. You need to be familar with business mobiles,
networks and tariffs. The role is home based but the majority of your time will
be spent out on the road visiting clients.
There is an outstanding package available including £25,000 basic,
commission on all connections sold PLUS bonus for hitting monthly target PLUS
bonus for hitting quarterly target making a realistic OTE in excess £65,000 (one

One of our current clients is a leading global hotel brand who are now looking for a Hotel Sales Manager for their prestigious hotel based in Torquay.
The role involves selling Conference, Events and room hire for one of South Wests most magnificent hotels. The stunning property has 6 conference rooms which hold up to 350 guests. It is a fabulous hotel whose staff are passionate about the service and standards they offer.
You'll be responsible for maximising all sales opportunities for the Hotel and driving business forward. You'll be carrying out a minimum of 10 face to face appointments per week and 4 familiarisation visits per month. You'll set the sales and marketing plan for the year and regularly monitor business and plan ahead for any periods which may need help. You'll be in charge of keeping accurate records on all companies you have visited or spoken to and represent the company at any trade shows they have stands at.

One of our current clients is a leading international hotel group with hotels throughout the world and UK. They currently have a vacancy for a Regional Director of Sales based in the South/South West.
You will be responsible for targeting both Key Accounts and regional accounts for new and repeat business, and to maximise and build on all sales opportunities for the company to ensure that budgeted revenue is achieved.
You will be expected to carry out a minimum of 8 sales calls each week within the Southern region maximising the penetration of accounts for both conference and room night sales. This is a home based role but with visits to customers and your hotels taking up most of your time.
You will be responsible for sales of the groups hotels in Cardiff, Bath, Basingstoke, Brighton and Torquay as well as managing the Sales Managers in these hotels.

They supply products that prolong their useful life, reduce wear, improve back to work times, improve performance, reduce service times and a whole host of other benefits that provide a real saving in terms of time, inconvenience and money.
They are now looking for a home based Field Sales Engineer, in or around the Bristol area (territory to be covered is Bristol, Avon and Somerset) to account manage and win new business from engineering and industrial companies, specifiers, application companies, FM providers and others based in oil and gas, petrochem, general engineering, mining and marine etc.
You should have a proven track record of success in field sales, selling B to B in the industrial sector with solution selling experience in a technically oriented environment. You must have experience dealing with engineers, maintenance managers, plant managers etc and be able to converse credibly with engineering and technical buyers. You also need to have a full driving license.
The basic salary is around £24,000 with an OTE of £28,000 to £30,000. Company car, mobile, laptop etc.
