Business Development Manager - Business Mobiles - £65,000 ote

One of our current clients is a well respected provider of business telecoms including PBX, leased lines, EFM, business broadband and mobiles. They have been established for many years, have a multi million pound turnover and an excellent brand and reputation.

Their Business Mobiles Division currently has vacancies for Business Development Managers to sell their mobile phones/connections to business customers. You MUST have face to face field sales experience selling similar products. You also need a full driving license.

They do have a telemarketing team but most of your business will be self generated, you must be prepared to pick up the phone, make appointments, visit customers, conduct sales presentations to win business. You need to be experienced at the whole sales cycle from identifying the lead through to negotiation through to closing. You need to be familar with business mobiles, networks and tariffs. The role is home based but the majority of your time will be spent out on the road visiting clients.

There is an outstanding package available including £25,000 basic, commission on all connections sold PLUS bonus for hitting monthly target PLUS bonus for hitting quarterly target making a realistic OTE in excess £65,000 (one of the current sales people earned over £120,000 last year). 31 days holiday, laptop, blackberry and BMW car.

Based anywhere in the country they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to win new customers and increase revenues. Regional Director of Sales - Cardiff and South

One of our current clients is a leading international hotel group with hotels throughout the world and UK. They currently have a vacancy for a Regional Director of Sales based in the South/South West.

You will be responsible for targeting both Key Accounts and regional accounts for new and repeat business, and to maximise and build on all sales opportunities for the company to ensure that budgeted revenue is achieved.

You will be expected to carry out a minimum of 8 sales calls each week within the Southern region maximising the penetration of accounts for both conference and room night sales. This is a home based role but with visits to customers and your hotels taking up most of your time.  

You will be responsible for sales of the groups hotels in Cardiff, Bath, Basingstoke, Brighton and Torquay as well as managing the Sales Managers in these hotels.

Experience in a similar sales role working for a four/five star hotel.

Proven sales track record.

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for making a sale.

Field Sales Consultant - Glasgow

One of our current clients is a leading provider of warm air hand dryers to the electrical wholesale market. They now have a need for a Field Sales Consultant to cover Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England, ideally you will be based near to their satellite office in Glasgow although the role will see you working mainly out in the field visiting roughly 8 customers a day.

The role involves account managing existing customers, upselling, cross selling and dealing with the account in a professional way. Supporting the resellers reps by covisiting end users and introducing product trials etc. You will also generate new business from wholesalers and visit Architects and Specifiers to ensure they are aware of each model and also to ensure the companies products are being used when specified.

The ideal candidate should have some experience of field sales, preferably selling to a reseller, be used to territory management and working under their own supervision.

The package is a realistic OTE of £35,000 (although this is uncapped). The basic is £20,000 plus company car, mobile etc.

Telesales Team Leader (Glasgow)

One of our current clients is a leading provider of Washroom, Janitorial and Hygiene products. They work in a recession resistant industry, have been established for many years and are a well known brand. This is a multi million pound company who have grown revenues this year despite the tough climate. For the right candidate this will be  a secure career with potential to grow.  

They are currently looking for a Telesales Team Leader to manage a small team (3) of Telesales Executives. The role is mainly one of new business development although knowledge and experience of managing exisiting accounts i.e. up selling, cross selling and winning back lapsed customers would also be required. The main duties will be:

• To supervise an existing team of Outbound Telesales Agents identifying and acquiring new business accounts for the division.

• An important part of this role is to observe and coach Agents together with implementing plans and training that will improve both team and personal performance.

• Drive team to achieve both sales revenue and KPI targets set

• Coach teams daily together with observing and scoring calls

• Supervise teams performance to optimise results, recognising achievement and deal with under performers professionally

• Supervise and monitor staff timekeeping and attendance together with holding back to work interviews

• Hold relevant team meetings

• Report KPI/Sales figures to management as requested

• Verify and credit check new accounts

• Hold period 1:1s with teams together with annual appraisals

• Responsible for investigating individual performance and capabilities and presenting them to your line manager for informal and formal investigations/hearings

You will also lead by example and be expected to make your own sales calls and manage accounts.

Key Experienced Required

• Strong and proven background in Outbound B2B Telesales in both capturing new business and developing/retaining existing accounts along with some experience of leading/supervising a team.

Hours are 9 till 5 Monday to Friday with two 15 minute breaks and a 30 min lunch break each day. 29 days holiday including Bank Holidays. Basic salary is between £15,000 and £17,000 depending on experience with a realistic OTE of £25,000+. The commission is uncapped and so OTE could be potentially much more.

Based in Glasgow, one of our current clients is a leading provider of janitorial supplies to schools, councils and commercial businesses. They supply essential items that all customers have a need for like paper towels, first aid kits, soaps, disinfectants etc. They have thousands of repeat customers, have been established for many years and are a well known company.

They are now looking for a Telesales Executive to account manage existing customers, taking reorders, up and cross selling etc and also prospecting for new business customers. This is a proactive telesales role where you have to make outbound calls to existing and new customers.

The ideal person will have B2B telesales experience both dealing with existing and new customers. You should have computer experience using basic email, word, excel and databases. Full product and systems training will be given. 

The salary is a basic of around £13,500 with an OTE of around £18,000. Some existing team members are hitting £20k. Hours are 9 to 5 with two 15 minute breaks and a half hour lunch break. 28 days holiday incl bank holidays.

One of our current clients is a leading provider of equipment to the quarry, mining and aggregate industries. They also have divisions in Soil Remediation and Mobile Sewage services. They have been established for many years, have won various industry awards and have a multi million pound turnover.

They are currently looking for a Sales Engineer based in Scotland to visit and promote their equipment and services to Quarry sites, waste management companies, recycling plants etc.

You must have experience selling equipment such as Crushers, Trommel Systems, Washing Systems, Screens, Conveyors and Hoppers etc.

The role is home based but the majority of your time will be spent on the road visitng customers giving presentations, demonstrations, conducting site surveys etc. 

Basic salary is between £25,000 and £35,000 depending on experience. Due to the high value of the equipment OTE will be in the region of £55,000 to £65,000. Car allowance/mileage.

One of our current clients is a leading provider of Industrial and Engineering supplies such as PPE, Tools, Fixings, Janitorial supplies and Bearings etc. They sell to many sectors, are a respected brand and have been established for many years. 

They are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover an area from Aberdeen down to Dundee along the A90 corridor. This is a home based field sales role where you will spend most of your time out in the territory seeing customers with half a day a week in the office. There are over 200 existing live accounts, generating over £1m per year, which you need to manage and you will also be targetted on bringing on 2 new spending accounts a month. 

The ideal candidate needs to have business to business field sales experience selling engineering supplies or selling to Engineers, Plant/Factory Managers, Maintenance Managers etc. You MUST have a full driving license and live between Aberdeen and Dundee. 

The basic salary is up to £25,000 depending on experience with uncapped commission making a realistic OTE of around £31,000. You will have a choice of a brand new company car (Astra, Focus Etc), laptop and mobile.
