One of our current clients is a leading provider of outsourced business services such as compliance testing, waste management, washroom services and products. They are part of a multi million pound group with an excellent brand and reputation.

Based in Tarleton near Preston they are currently looking for an outbound Telesales Executive to source new business by proactively making B2B sales calls to decision makers. Companies you phone have a legal requirement to use the services and products you are selling under Health and Safety or Environmental laws. There is an extensive database to work from.

You must have previous B2B outbound telesales experience with an excellent telephone manner along with the ability to influence decision makers. You should be used to working in a targeted role whilst working to KPIs and also possess keyboard skills.

Salary details are £15,000 basic with a realistic OTE of between £23,000 and £25,000. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus christmas shut down. Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Area Sales Manager - Waste Water/Recycling Industry

One of our current clients is a leading provider of engineering equipment for the waste water and recycling industries. They are part of a multi million pound group and sell equipment related to Soil Remediation, Sludge Screening, Grit Washing, Water Treament and Food Recycling.

They are now looking for an Area Sales Manager based in the North of England or Scotland. This is a home based role but with the majority of your time spent out in the field seeing existing and potential customers. It will be your role to identify new business from current and new customers, conduct sales presentations, site surveys and equipment demonstrations.

You must be educated to A level or equivelent (a degree in engineering would be desirable) with extensive sales experience and a proven track record in heavy machinery sales (preferably in the Waste Water or Waste Recycling sector). You also need a full driving license.

Package consists of a basic salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience with uncapped commission of between £10,000 and £15,000 making a potential OTE in the region of £50,000. Company car, mobile/blackberry and laptop.

Area Sales Manager/Sales Engineer - UK Based - OTE of around £65,000.

Vision Sales Services is a specialist consultancy helping clients with the recruitment and training of sales people. One of our current clients is a a leading provider in their field, they are well established with an excellent reputation along with a Queens Award for Export.

They sell engineering equipment to Quarries, Mines, Aggregate, Recycling and Bulk Handling companies. The equipment consists of conveyors, screening systems, hoppers, crushers etc and can range from tens to hundreds of thousands of pounds for a complete plant system.

They are now looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager or Sales Engineer based anywhere in the country to maintain existing accounts and win new business. You should have experience in the longer sales cycle, selling high value capital equipment with an engineering, mechanical, process or bulk handling bias preferably with experience in selling to quarry and mining companies. You also need a full driving license.

The package includes a basic of up to £40,000 depending on experience with realistic OTE of £65,000+ also included is a company car plus normal benefits.

One of our current clients is a leading provider of health and safety products such as specialised flooring, spill control and other work place safety products. They are part of a multi million pound group with an excellent brand and reputation.

Based near the M62 corridor they are now looking for a Field Sales Executive to win and manage new business from corporate customers. Selling to Health and Safety Managers, Plant Managers and Maintenance Managers it will be your job to grow revenues from your area. This is a home based role but the majority of your time will be based out on the road visiting new and existing customers. The products they sell are essential items that prospect customers will have a legal requirement to have. The products are typically sold to engineering, oil, chemical, process, production and manufacturing industries.

You need to be experienced in the whole sales cycle from identifying leads, making appointments, conducting sales presentations and closing along with territory management. This is a field sales role so you need to be self motivated and have a full driving license.

Basic salary is £20,000 with a realistic commission of £15,000 uncapped making an OTE of £35,000. Company car plus Blackberry and laptop.

Based in Tarleton (nr Leyland and Preston) one of our current clients is a well respected provider of trade/business/hygiene waste collection services, they help companies dispose of their waste legally and safely. The service they offer is one which businesses have a legal requirement to have and is recession resistant. They are well established and are part of a multi million pound group.

They now have a need for an internal sales executive to generate new business by calling and quoting targeted business customers. The companies you will be calling are either existing customers currently buying from another part of the group or will have been an inbound enquiry from the customer making a request for a quote or asking for more information. This is not a cold calling role, the customers you will be speaking to will already be aware of you and/or have requested you to contact them.

The person they are looking for must have an excellent telephone manner, have the ability to communicate & influence decision makers, be able to demonstrate good sales and telesales experience. You must also have a track record of hitting targets and possess keyboard skills.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00.

The package includes a basic salary and uncapped commission making realistic on target earnings of £19,000 to £22,000.

One of our current clients is a well respected provider of business telecoms including PBX, leased lines, EFM, business broadband and mobiles. They have been established for many years, have a multi million pound turnover and an excellent brand and reputation.

Their Business Mobiles Division currently has vacancies for Business Development Managers to sell their mobile phones/connections to business customers. You MUST have face to face field sales experience selling similar products. You also need a full driving license.

They do have a telemarketing team but most of your business will be self generated, you must be prepared to pick up the phone, make appointments, visit customers, conduct sales presentations to win business. One of our current clients is a well respected provider of janitorial and hygiene supplies as well as hygiene and waste management services. They have been established for many years, have the backing of a multi million pound group and work in a recession resistant industry.

Based in Tarleton (near Preston and Leyland) they are now looking for a Telesales Executive to sell their trade waste management/disposal service. Basicially trade waste management is something most commercial businesses will have a need for from recycling cardboard to wheelie bin collection to hazardous waste handling. Types of customers they deal with include hotels, retail, leisure, healthcare, schools and engineering companies etc.

Working from a quality database and also contacting current customers it will be your job to promote this waste management service by making outbound sales calls over the phone. Please be aware almost all businesses in the UK will have a legal requirement to dispose of their trade waste in a responsible manner and so most companies will have a definite need for the service you will be promoting.

The person they are looking for must have previous outbound B2B telesales experience and be motivated to earn uncapped commission. The role is mainly a relationship building one as generally it is not the sort of offer customers will buy from one phone call.

This is a full time permanent position, in a secure, well established company, working in a recession resistant industry, selling a service companies have a legal requirement to have. Hours are Mon to Fri 9.00 to 5.00 with 20 days holiday.

Daily sales activity would include; developing sales by cold calling, warm calling, solution selling, following up on leads to negotiating, objection handling, closing the deal and through maintaining ongoing profitable relationships Supporting the Product Manager by assuming responsibility for more complex orders, handling escalated customer service queries, and dealing with supplier issues where appropriate.
