Dark Explorers Week 2
Prerelease
tournaments are exciting events designed for players to be
creative with the newest cards before they are released in stores. These
tournaments are casual events which are ideal for new players to learn
how tournaments work as well as for experienced players to get a jump
start of collecting and practice with the cards. The Main Event at a
prerelease has players build a deck out of cards received in 6 booster
packs which are then used in a tournament. Main event participants
receive 2 additional booster packs at the conclusion of the event.
Prereleases have an entry fee since players receive cards that they keep
after the event. All participants receive a Dark Explorers themed deck
box and event-stamped promo card (while supplies last).
