In order to provide good useful advise & property recommendations, each visit by us to Italy & France requires many hours of property inspecting, sometimes 5 or 6 per day :- how many bathrooms; is there somehwere to hang clothes; does it have a washing machine !!! Oh and a dishwasher would be nice.

Thus this page is meant to be a collection of inspection notes and some of our personal photos to give you a little more insight into some of our favourite properties.

The star ratings are just indicative of my personal feeling about the property and in no way reflect hotel type ratings. Thus 3 stars does not mean luxury but rather somewhere I would love to stay.

Further Villa Information

The 2nd accommodation	An attached garden appartment to the Main House but has a private aspect to one side of the main house. It has it's own kitchen facilities and allows total independance from the main house
	The rooms have clean simple lines. The main living room shown here has lounge and kitchen combined and a small dining table. There is a separate lounge room.
	The kitchen is simple but comprehensive. It faces into the living area to the left of the large glass entrance door providing plenty of light.

The Converted barn	An independant converted barn also providing it's own secluded privacy but still less than 20 metres from the Main House
	The decor is modern but the furnishing are comfortable giving a cosy cool feel.
	The kitchen is also modern and there is the mezzanine bedroom with extra bed for a child.
	The converted barn has a lovely private terrace with wonderful views across the vineyards
