The 1st group of notes and photos features the Main House. The front door opens onto a spacious lounge room, from here are doorways to a 2nd lounge room, the dining room and the kitchen with stairs leading up to the bedrooms. This lounge room has an airy light feeling to it as it has 12 foot ceiling height.
	This picture is of the loggia into the kitchen with herbs growing in the pots.These stairs lead down into the grounds and to the pool.
	There is a small kitchen table for 4 but also a large family dining table that seats 10
	The pool is set amongst a grove of ancient olive trees There is further large family room on a lower level opening out onto a terrace above the pool area. A long table can be setup to dine on this terrace in the summer. This room also has a billiard table

This beautiful Villa is just a few kilometres outside of Castellina in Chianti  with Panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. With the combination of the large house for six and the smaller houses this is ideal for couples where 2 couples might have young children and thus be semi independant.
