Désaignes is a lovely medieval village at 420m altitude in Ardèche plein Coeur. On the banks of the river Doux, pools of water are set up in summer for swimming. Numerous hiking trails crisscross the area among forests and valleys. The valley of the Doux is ideal for walking, fishing, horseriding.
The house of 90m² is located on the edge of the village, 400m from the center and the shops, approximately 1km of the river Doux and the beach.
The garden of 1300m² with terraced slopes shows a nice view of the valley of the Doux. A hiking trail runs along the garden.
2 levels (lower ground floor and upper ground floor) connected by a staircase inside and outside home, or by the garden.
At the upper ground floor : 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed 140x190 and integrated rack - the other one with 2 single beds of 90x190 and integrated rack), 1 wc, 1 shower room (with towel dryer radiator), fully equipped kitchen, a living room (2 sofas, color TV and hi-fi)
