Located on Turkey's aegean coast in the small holiday resort of Cesme, Villa Deniz is a privately owned and consist of 4+1 bedrooms+50 sqm lounge/dinning room+16 sqm reading/TV room. The villa available for short and long term rental by family holiday makers.

Cesme is a 45 minute drive from Turkey's third largest city- Izmir (Greek name- Smyrna) and an hour's drive from Izmir's Adnan Menderes airport. 

The villa is situated at the end of a 10 minute seafront walk from the town center and overlooks a lovely small sandy beach (Tekke Koyu beach) with a direct view of the Greek island 'Chios'. From your villa, you will enjoy the faboulous scenery of Chios island as well as various boats sailing from the port of Cesme. 

The villa comes complete with its own private pool so you can laze around the terrace after breakfast, before heading out for a dip at Tekke Koyu beach (or any one of the other beautiful selection of sandy beaches that are 10 to 15 minutes drive away).

Prices are in UK pounds and include once a week service, mid week towel change, welcome pack with owners compliments and all utilities.
