I am a Doctoral student at the Tufts university majoring in Biomedical Engineering. I did my undergraduation in India at the Madras Institute of Technology(Anna University) in Electrical Engineering and my Masters at the University of Illinois,Chicago. in Biomedical Engineering

         I work with Dr.Larry Wald at the Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging attached to the Harvard Med School. We collaborate with Dr. Elfar Adelsteinsson @ MIT and Siemens Medical Solutions in designing and implementing the next generation imaging system for MRI. My research project deals with the B1 field inhomogeneity mitigation in ultra high field MRI (7T) using parallel excitation with multiple transmit channels.
