 The Viet-Sun Foundation's mission is to provide educational opportunities to impoverished village children in Vietnam through the support of academic scholarships and resources. We believe in the capacity education has to benefit lives and its significance in pulling families out of poverty.

Happy New Year from the Viet-Sun Foundation!  We have been in the process of initiating new plans in order to expand our cause.  Due to the great amount of scholarship applications that have come to us this year, we have initiated a "rolling admissions" process of accepting new scholarship applicants. The high demand for scholarship funds has created the need for a more fair all-year admissions process to combat unnecessary competition amongst poor children who need funds the most.

The "Culture" section will debut this year, featuring pictures of the beautiful landscapes Vietnam has to offer! It will be as if you are physically journeying through the fields, villages, and cities of Vietnam...

'Tis the Season of Giving! Open your heart to those out there who are less fortunate. The Viet-Sun Foundation is always open to contributions and donations throughout the year. If you're feeling a little jolly with some spare change in your pocket or a couple of dollars, please "Don't hesitate to donate!" The Viet-Sun Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax deductible organization. Amounts as little as $20 can send a student to school. Happy Holidays and best wishes for a Happy New Year!

We are thrilled to have had increased "green" participation in our recycling-can drive program this year!  Recently, we have cashed in THOUSANDS of empty cans and bottles we collected throughout the year. Those 5 cents really do count!
