About us
VIDA Badminton Club was formed in 2004 as a result of a merger of two local clubs. The clubs were Prescot Badminton Club (formally BICC Badminton Club) and Crosfields.
The club now has more than twenty members and plays in the St. Helens, Widnes and Warrington Leagues.
The club plays on a Monday night from 8:00pm to 10:00pm at William Beamont Sports College / VIDA Sports Centre - see map below.
Membership fees for the year are £90. This is payable in two installments £60 before the end of Sept /Octand £30 before the end of Jan. Juniors (under 18 or full time education) are half price.
Match fees are £2 per league match.
We play in a four court hall which allows us to always have at least one court dedicated to a club night even when league matches are being played. We play with top quality feather shuttles for both club and match nights.
Visitors fees are £3 per visit
VIDA BC is fully registered with Badminton England and the Cheshire Badminton League.

By Road
From M62
Leave M62 at Junction 9 and take the A49 Winwick Road, come
to the first roundabout, go straight ahead, come to the second roundabout, turn
left into Long Lane, turn right opposite Tetley Walker Club.
From Town
Follow signs for A49 for Wigan along Winwick Road past
McDonalds, come to a roundabout (Warrington Collegiate on your right hand
side). Take the third exit, Long Lane. Turn right opposite Tetley Walker Club.
