Work has started on an £88,000 project to renovate the old games court and improve the teen area in Victoria Park.

The scheme is part of ongoing efforts by VPAG and Bristol City Council to improve all facilities in the park for children and young people.

Volunteers from VPAG have worked hard to raise £50,000 from the Big Lottery Fund and Bristol City Council has contributed £38,000. Most of the funding will be used to refurbish the games court, which was outdated and run-down. Click on the attachment for full story.
