Our mission is to serve as catalysts, fostering a culture of continual and self-sustaining improvement.

 

We began with a simple Blog post explaining what OEE is and how to calculate it.  From there we have continued to explore the dynamic impact of Overall Equipment Effectiveness throughout the company.  We have posted over 50 feature articles on our site to serve as a source of on-line training and as an added bonus, we have provided Excel Spreadsheet templates at no charge.
