Welcome!  We are a diverse group of people who gather on the first Saturday of each month to share information, recipes, friendship and laughter on our journey of being on the gluten free diet. 

Whether you think you are gluten intolerant, have been diagnosed with celiac disease, or choose to follow the gluten free diet for your own reasons, you are very welcome to join us at our meetings.
