Acción Permanente por la Paz

That's the name of Witness for Peace in Spanish. Let's take some action!

  1.  Learn More! Read on about our experiences as delegates in Colombia. Consider traveling on a delegation with Witness for Peace. Check out the delegation schedules. Check out other organizations that advocate for US policy changes, like the Institute for Policy Studies.
  2. Make a contribution and join Witness for Peace! Maybe this isn't the time for you to travel to Latin America on a delegation, but every donation can help maintain the programs in the Andean region, Nicaragua & Mexico, or help a low-income activist from the U.S. join a delegation and build relationships with activists in Latin America
  3. Tell people about what you've learned!: Congress, the Media (check out media tips from partner org SOA Watch & use your imagination to adapt them!), your neighbor...
  4. and Organize!! Fight oppression at home - connect the dots between racist, violent economic and military oppression abroad and racist, violent economic and military oppression here as well. Check out the SOA Watch Anti-Oppression Resources page.
