We welcome new member enquiries, it makes no difference if you are a total novice, or are only interested in learning about the Solar System, our Moon, Planets, or the Sun. You could be a more Advanced Observer with an interest in nearby Galaxies or Nebula, Supernova or Astrophotography, there’s a place waiting for you to explore and discuss the Cosmos with like-minded Amateur Astronomers.

Who are we? We are a small group of English-speaking people from different parts of Europe, including our adopted Country Spain, who have a common universal interest in Astronomy. Most of us live in the Torrevieja area of the Southern Costa Blanca in Alicante province. You don’t need a Telescope, or Binoculars to be part of our group, or even live nearby, an interest in Astronomy is all that is needed.

You will learn much by joining our Friendly Zoom meetings where we have regular presentations from our members or guests on a wide variety of Astronomy related topics. You could also join our extremely popular WhatsApp group. We can be found on Facebook as well.

If you have a question, just ask, the answer is there waiting somewhere in our group.

There is no membership fee to join and no committee. We are just a bunch of people with a passionate interest in all things linked to the science of space exploration both near or far and the quest for answers to the Cosmos.
