Anyone wishing to become a Director, may put his or her name forward at the Annual General Meeting.
The Directors meet on the second Monday in each month. Meetings normally take place in English, as a common language, but when appropriate, individual items may be discussed in Spanish, for example when local politicians are attending. 

Any Member can attend a meeting, and raise issues, or ask questions. The meetings follow a written agenda, and are minuted in English, but translations into Spanish are available, on request. To keep costs down, the minutes are not published, but the agendas and minutes are available to any Member on request. 
Normally, Members raise issues in writing, before the meetings. 

The Asociación has a written constitution, which is available for public inspection. An Annual General Meeting is held, each year, in November. This is normally conducted in English and Spanish. Formal Minutes of all Annual General Meetings are recorded in Spanish, with an English translation. 

The Asociación is registered, as a company with a C.I.F. G53784336, and a bank Account.
